Tokyu Agency began developing commercial facilities as early as 1971, becoming one of the first advertising agencies to offer this service to clients. Our competitive edge is our comprehensive ability to offer services in every phase of a development. Media owned and operated by members of the Tokyu Group (TOKYU OOH) are located primarily in southwestern Tokyo, centered on Shibuya. One of Tokyu Agencyfs identities is as a media company that operates and manages these media. They include unique media managed for residents of the corridors along the Tokyu Lines and visitors to Shibuya, the sub-center from which Japanfs youth culture is emerging today. This gives us a distinct advantage in grasping consumersf responses and behavior.
