The starting point of all our activities at Tokyu Agency is the purchasing venue. We analyze consumers’ daily behavior, values and insights and use the results to create brand value, design the final product and construct and implement a concrete communication plan. Working closely with our clients, we examine these consumer analyses and employ our creativity to present a story that makes the product irresistible to consumers. We use our proprietary QBR and QPR data resources, moreover, which show consumers’ perceptions of a brand and the times and places they actually purchase products, to construct strategies that increase sales further.
We have signed a consultation agreement with Professor Kevin Lane Keller of Dartmouth University in the United States, an acknowledged international leader in the study of consumer-based brand equity theory. With his support, we closely examine our consumer-oriented brand management activities.
